6.1 Spare parts

If you select this function you will be forwarded to a structure tree which will enable you to select appropriate spare parts for your product or the corresponding product family.

You navigate through the tree by clicking on the following branches of the structure tree. As soon as you reach the end of such a branch you will be forwarded to the Search Result. There the corresponding spare parts will be listed and you will be able to add them to the watch list or project position list .

6.2 Device information and history

Within this functionality you can find the desired product with its technical and logistical product-history based on the unique serial number. For this purpose please enter the serial number of your particular product for which you like to see the information.

Besides the regular entrance of the Serial number Selector you can furthermore find a product by entering at least one of the other search keys (date of customers order, purchase order, goods issue, etc.).

As result you will either get the information to the found device or a list of all found serial numbers appears. Click on one of the serial numbers in the list to open the frame with device information. You find:

• General product information
• Documents with customer information
• Technical data of the product
• Calibration data
• Factory certificates
